So im playing on an HP gmaing laptop on win 10 and when i go into the game my mouse is not working, i watched a few yt tutorials that said go to the task manager than san andreas then details then set affinity and select one cpu, Ive done all of that and now I can move my mouse and click in the menu but i cant shoot or look around in the game, can anybody help?
open the game location, right click on the game application, and disable visual themes when the game is running, under the compatibility tab. That didn't work either. Don't work. :' (. I have this happen from time to time, and the way I fix it is to open the steam page over lay.
