There may have been a few issues that have led to the DPF being full. 1st your ECM may not be up the latest calibration, the newest that came out will perform regens more offten and at lower speeds. 2nd you may have some sort of fuel issue, check to see if there are any stored or active codes.
If you decide to go with a delete, the best way is to delete all 4 systems, DPF DEF EGR EKAS. You will eliminate 75 - 80% of what goes wrong (so to say) on the van. VladimirCDI is a great tool and easy to modify the ECU, but it is a bit expensive, especially if you delete all 4 systems.
