The Canon EOS 5D Mark III produced images of amazing quality during the review period. This camera produces noise-free JPEG images from ISO 50 all the way up to ISO 3200, with noise first appearing at ISO 6400 - an incredible performance for a 22 megapixel, 35mm SLR. Jun 27, 2016. I am looking for a handheld camera gimbal for my new canon 5d mark3. I also have a sony a7sii and my friend owns a BMPC. My canon 5d would be my preferred one to make videos in my upcoming shooting projects. But it would be better if the stabilizer can also support my old sony and my friend’s BMPC.

Pros Compact for a full-frame SLR. 22-megapixel resolution. Large optical viewfinder. Bright, high-res rear LCD. Fast autofocus. 6fps continuous shooting. Excellent high ISO performance. 1080p When pushed to ISO 25,600, the Nikon D3s is cleaner and retains colors, while the Canon 5D Mark III is much noisier in comparison. The process of down-sampling the image from 22.3 MP to 12 MP does help the Canon 5D Mark III quite a bit in terms of details, but there is still way more noise throughout the image.
